Whether you go to school full time, just graduated from college, have three part time jobs or a full time job...a one hour workout is only 4% of your day. SO, it must get done. How? Good question. I find it very hard to fit everything into my schedule, while also making sure your fitting into your favorite shorts!
Tips:
-fall asleep in your gym clothes so you can wake up and GO!
-set your clothes out
-keep the gym clothes in your car
-set your phone alarm
-promise to a friend that you will be going
IF none of this works...please comment below and I will have to think of better tips! As for now, unless your looking at this on your iPad, iPhone etc. ... GET UP AND GO
